  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow:

  • 24–48 hours for tracking activation
  • 48–72 hours for tracking updates during peak periods

If you experience tracking issues, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you within 48 hours.


Order Cancellation Policy

For All Orders

  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24–72 hours receive:
    • 80% product refund
    • 100% shipping refund
  • Cancellations after 72 hours receive:
    • 60% product refund
    • 100% shipping refund
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • After delivery, customers may request a return according to our Return Policy.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please contact us within 24 hours if any order details need to be updated.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team and we will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If a package is lost or damaged due to our responsibility, we will provide compensation according to the situation.

However, TinaPearls is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
  • Unanswered delivery attempts
  • Failure to cooperate with customs or delivery carriers
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, returned or destroyed packages are non-refundable and cannot be resent free of charge.
